We update our listings every half hour from 8 AM until 9 PM and hourly thereafter. We show you everything that's available - not just our listings. We display listings that are available and under contract - but, if you only want to see what's available that's your choice too. We think that you will find our site to be the most user friendly site in the Metro Area. We offer two basic search methods: Quick Search and Detailed Search. We also offer automated email updates so you get notified when new properties that meet your criteria come on the market.

Quick Search
Quick Search is available from our website home page and on our listing detail pages. You can quickly enter any of the following criteria to immediately begin (or change) your home search: MLS#, Price Range, Minimum Bedrooms and Baths, County and Zip Code. You can also specify For Sale or For Rent. Our website allows you to see what's currently available on the market as well as what's currently under contract. You can choose to view only Active Listings; however you may want to see what's currently under contract to see recent listing activity. Occasionally properties that are Under Contract do become Available again.
